Welcome to Chrka. By downloading, accessing, or using the Chrka mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chrka. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. User Content & Conduct (Apple Guideline 1.2 Compliance)

Chrka allows users to post quotes, literature, comments, and profile content. To maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful literary environment for all users, there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You agree not to post content that:

• Contains hate speech, defamation, harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals or groups.
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Promotes violence, illegal acts, or self-harm.
• Infringes upon any third party's copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Constitutes spam, repetitive advertisements, or automated bot postings.

3. Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

In accordance with Apple App Store safety requirements:

• In-App Reporting: Users can report any quote, comment, or user profile directly inside the app using the Report button. Reported content is investigated by our moderation team within 24 hours.
• In-App Blocking: Users can block any account at any time. Content from blocked users is immediately hidden from your feed and interactions are terminated.
• Removal & Suspension: We reserve the right to remove any content and immediately suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms.

4. User Rights and Content Ownership

You retain the intellectual ownership of quotes, writing, and literature you author. By publishing content on Chrka, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform and associated social share cards.

5. Account Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile and authored content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chrka is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
